I can’t say enough great things about Kate Hamidi. Over the last several years we have bought two homes and sold one with her as she was wonderful to work with. First, Kate set with us when we were selling our house to strategize and walk us through the process of staging, showing and accepting offers. Next, she set down with us again to review and present all of the offers and discuss all of the next steps. She sold our home quickly and above the asking price. She met inspectors, appraisers and anyone else needing to get into the house and stayed with them the entire time.
